We conduct business with the same quality; timeliness
and professionalism that we would expect to receive as a customer. We live
by our belief that the customer's needs come first, and we stand behind our
work 100%.
Each home inspection begins with a pre-inspection written agreement that I
go over step by step with you. I explain every detail of what the inspection
will entail and what you can expect from your home inspection.
Our home inspection begins with the outside of your home including; the grounds,
the roof and its components, the exterior surfaces, the windows, lights,
walkways, driveways, patios and porches. We inspect the inside surfaces,
plumbing, electrical, appliances and systems. We even go into the attic
and crawl spaces to ensure we look at every detail and are able to report
any potential problems or unsafe conditions to you.
We want to be your partner in a successful home purchase or sale. We strive
to deliver exceptional services and expert knowledge that enable you to make
a more informed decision on your home and give you some peace of mind. We
schedule home inspections to fit your busy schedule and make every effort
to respond
with prompt, courteous service within 24 hours.
We also know that buying a home is not
only a stressful experience, but can also stretch your already tight budget.
We fully understand this
and will
gladly submit your home inspection invoice to your escrow account at no
additional charge, saving you one less out-of-pocket expense.
Upon completion of your home inspection, we will provide you with a comprehensive
written report of our findings during the inspection and recommendations
for improvements, repair or maintenance. The inspection report is your
tool during
the purchase of your home and hopefully your guide to future maintenance
and improvements.
In addition to our home inspection business, we also provide home environmental
testing services. Our environmental specialist can perform a variety
of on-site tests as well as specimen collection for analysis at one
of our
approved
laboratories. We are a member of the Indoor Environmental Standards
Organization (IESO) and
our environmental technician is a Certified Residential Mold inspector
(CRMI).
Some of the in-home tests we provide include;
carbon monoxide leaks from heaters, stoves and other fossil fuel burning
appliances, microwave
oven
and flammable
gas leaks.
We also specialize in specimen collection for mold testing and analysis.
Since mold allergies and sensitivities are on the rise, people can
literally become
allergic to their homes if mold colonization progresses undetected.
We can perform a variety of surface and air sampling tests to help
determine
if
mold growth and colonization is occurring in your home and in many
cases, determine
the species of mold growth taking place.
Home dust sampling is another one of services. We sample for a wide
variety of allergens such as: cat and dog dander, cockroach, mice
and rat allergens,
dust mites, fungal growth and latex protein. Having an environmental
dust sampling and analysis can help allergy sufferers and their doctors
determine
their specific
allergies and course of treatment.
